In business since 1982 the ICR Motor Group is one of Ireland’s top motor retailers. The Group has businesses operating in the motor dealership, vehicle hire and specialist crash repair. Employing over 200 people, the Groups head quarters are based in Limerick with operations spread across the country. 

The vehicle hire business comprises the National Alamo franchise for the Republic of Ireland in addition to its Irish Van Rentals and Irish Car Rentals operations. The car rental business operates from Dublin, Shannon, Cork, Knock and Kerry Airports along with city offices in Dublin, Limerick and Tullamore. The Group is one of the top four rental operators in Ireland. Following an acquisition in 2007 we also have a specialist corporate and van rental unit.

Motors dealerships are located in Ennis, two in Limerick at Ennis Road and Dock Road and one in Tullamore. The Group represents Opel, Kia, Peugeot, Chevrolet, Ssang Yong and Opel Commercial. Ts dealerships are Ennis Road Motors, Motorzone both in Limerick, Church Road Motors in Tullamore and Ennis Opel in Ennis.

In 2007 the Group turnover was €63m and is expected to grow in 2008. The ICR Motor Group is privately owned by a diverse group of shareholders.
